2017 Lost Love: Tales of Tragic Romance by Alan Irvine

We love the “happily ever after” endings, but the love stories that stay with us the longest, that transcend the moment are the other stories, the tragic tales of love denied, love thwarted, of love that turns to jealousy and revenge, of love lost. Program includes the Irish ghost story of The Two Sisters, an adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, and Alan's original ghostly romance Lady Anne.

About the Performer
Alan Irvine has been telling stories for over 30 years: ghost stories, folk tales, original tales and more. His CD Lost Love, which includes two tales in this show, won the Storytelling World award for Best Stories for Adults.
