We are looking for an artist to feature on our 2019 program guide!
We are looking for one image or a series of related images to use for our program guide cover, and ideally for many of our other 2019 images. We are open to anything, but we do want it to work for the cover, and go nicely with our logo.
Look nicely with our logo blue and white logo
Abstract, or something that gives a feeling of "fringe festival" (We've put some inspiration from other fringe festival guides below to help)
A series is preferable so we can use similar images throughout the brochure, but certainly not necessary. (And we get that most of you will only have one image.)
Can be any sort of art, but we need a high quality 2D version of it (So if it is sculpture, we need high quality, high resolution photos of it. If it is a performance, we need high quality, high resolution photographs of it, and in that case both performing artist and photographer would get credit for it.)
If you are selected, we would need you to collaborate with us to help make all this happen (and in a short period of time).
2018 Featured Cover Artist
Our 2018 Cover Artist image was used across the board for consistent marking for everything possible in 2018. It was used for advertisements, buttons, website, brochure guide, posters, social media and flyers. We don't guarantee we will use it for more than the cover, but we hope we can!

Ana Franco: Learn more about our featured Visual Artist on the 2018 Brochure and Web Design
Ana Franco is an emerging abstract artist from Venezuela currently living in Pittsburgh. She has been interested and excited in creating art since a young age. After becoming a Supply Chain Professional, she found painting again as a space to relax and create colorful and inspiring pieces. Her main medium is acrylic paint, although she likes to experiment with soft pastels and different tools.
